What deliverables do I receive? + −
Deliverables include Revit project files, IFC exports, coordinated DWG drawings, clash detection reports, and PDF construction documents. Specific outputs are agreed in the BIM Execution Plan before modeling begins.
Which software is used for Building Information Modeling? + −
We primarily use Autodesk Revit for BIM authoring, Navisworks for multi-discipline coordination and clash detection, and AutoCAD for 2D output. All files are delivered in client-specified formats including IFC and DWG.
How long will my project take? + −
Project timelines depend on scope, complexity, and LOD. After reviewing your drawings or source data we provide a fixed schedule in the BIM Execution Plan. Most packages are delivered in 2–8 weeks with phased milestone reviews.
Do you sign an NDA? + −
Yes. We sign client-specific NDAs before any project data is shared. All files are stored on secure servers with access restricted to the assigned project team.
